How IRISE Next Gen is Inspiring Young Minds to Dream, Design, and Dominate the Digital Future

In today’s fast-changing digital world, it’s not enough to just consume technology — the next generation must be equipped to create it. At IRISE Next Gen, we believe that every young person has the potential to build, innovate, and lead with tech. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower Africa’s youth with future-forward digital skills that open global doors and spark lifelong transformation.

In just our first month of operation, we’ve already impacted 450 students across two schools in Ghana through immersive workshops focused on 3D animation, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), and digital storytelling. These workshops aren’t just about learning tech; they’re about igniting vision, building confidence, and unlocking creativity in students who may have never seen themselves as digital creators before.

“I never knew I could design something in 3D until this workshop,” said one student from a recent session. “Now, I want to learn more and create my own animation series someday!”

These stories are why we exist.

Our approach goes beyond skill training. We integrate mentorship, mindset coaching, and a culture of resilience and excellence. We work especially with underserved communities because we believe access should never be a barrier to opportunity.

But this is just the beginning.

By 2030, our vision is to impact 5,000 young lives, training and inspiring a new wave of African tech leaders who will shape industries, tell powerful stories, and solve real-world problems through innovation.
